MASKAN (مسكن) is an early-stage venture exploring a two-sided real estate platform for Egypt, built around a consent-first approach to data sharing between buyers, sellers, and agents — rather than the open-listing model most platforms default to.

Currently in the research and architecture phase, working through the market fit and the technical design for how consent-gating and privacy controls should work in practice.

My contribution

Leading product definition and technical architecture for the platform, including the consent-gating model that governs how buyer and seller data is shared.
