An exploratory venture idea addressing a real gap in the Egyptian healthcare system: lab results and medical records are typically siloed within a single provider, making it hard for patients to move between clinics, hospitals, and labs without losing continuity of care.
This project is in the research stage — mapping the interoperability challenge, the regulatory landscape, and what a minimal, secure sharing layer between providers could look like.
My contribution
Researching the problem space and sketching a technical architecture for how lab results and records could move securely between providers who currently operate in silos.
